Face coverings will be recommended for guests that have not been vaccinated while on the event property and in the attractions. Do not attend if you are sick or have recently had any fever or flu-like symptoms.

This ticket admits one person with a unique barcode that will be scanned at the event's entrance. Tickets are valid only for the date you reserve. Should you fail to show up for your reserved date or time slot, your tickets will no longer be accepted for that time slot, and you will be placed in the next available time slot, which you may have to wait for.

Do not duplicate! If a copy of this ticket is made, then the first scanned ticket will allow entry and any subsequent tickets will be denied access.

There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

No outside alcohol or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. All persons and property entering the event premises are subject to search. Security cameras are in use at the event. Photography of any kind is not allowed inside of the attractions.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken away from you and admission refused. Holder of this ticket understands that there is an inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability for any harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly, or indirectly, from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.

Upon entering the property, you grant to Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, its employees, agents, and assign the right to photograph you and your dependent(s) for use on print, electronic, digital media and publications.
